Delete Account Request
Muatabarea users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
To request account deletion, email us at bakhshmuatabarea@gmail.com with the subject line Delete My Account.
Information To Include
Please include the following details so we can verify and process your request:
- Your registered email address.
- Your phone number, if you added one in the app.
- Your full name, if available.
What Will Be Deleted
After verification, we will delete your account profile and personal information associated with the account, such as your name, email address, phone number, saved profile details, and account authentication record.
Data We May Need To Keep
Some transaction, order, payment, donation, delivery, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or legal compliance records may be retained where required by law or necessary for legitimate business records. Where retained, this information will no longer be used to provide an active account service to you.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 7 business days. If additional verification is required, we may contact you using the email address provided in your request.
